Navoiy State University is committed to managing its financial resources efficiently, lawfully and transparently. The regulations below govern tuition fees, public procurement, the disbursement of scholarships and the openness of financial reporting.
All financial operations are carried out in accordance with the budget, public procurement and accounting legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Tuition and fees policy
Defines the setting of tuition-contract amounts, instalment payments, refund conditions and the measures applied in case of late payment.
Public procurement regulation
Defines the competitive procedures for purchasing goods, works and services, the composition of responsible commissions and the requirements for using electronic procurement platforms.
Scholarship disbursement procedure
Defines the awarding of state and named scholarships based on academic performance, payment deadlines and the conditions for suspension when results decline.
Financial transparency and reporting regulation
Defines the periodic disclosure of information on the university's budget, income and expenditure, internal audit and public oversight mechanisms.
