Navoiy davlat universiteti iqtidorli va g'ayratli talabalarni har tomonlama qo'llab-quvvatlaydi. Davlat granti asosida tahsil olayotgan talabalar har oyda davlat stipendiyasi bilan ta'minlanadi, yuqori natijaga erishganlar esa nomli stipendiyalar uchun tanlovda ishtirok etishlari mumkin.
