Supreme oversight of the university is exercised by the Supervisory Board. Day-to-day governance rests with the Rector, while the University Council acts as an advisory body on academic and methodological matters.

Supervisory Board
The university’s supreme governing and oversight body. It sets strategic development directions and oversees the budget, financial activity and the Rector’s performance.
University Council
An advisory body chaired by the Rector. It discusses curricula, research directions, recommendations for academic titles and other key academic matters.
Scientific Council
The body coordinating research and academic-methodological work; it discusses dissertations and adopts scientific decisions. Details: Scientific Council.
“Compliance control” system
An anti-corruption and conflict-of-interest prevention system that upholds integrity, transparency and the rule of law at the university.
