Announcement! Applications for the transfer of students to state higher education institutions of the republic for the 2026/2027 academic year will be registered through the following electronic systems:

For 2 valid reasons, from one state higher education institution of the republic to another higher education institution or within one higher education institution – “transfer.edu.uz”;

From foreign and non-state higher education institutions to relevant and related educational programs of state higher education institutions – “my.uzbmb.uz”.

Applications will be accepted from July 15 to August 5, 2026 (including that day).
